Since Hunter was very young (I can't remember exactly how old... but grade school) he would have episodes where his tongue would look really weird. It would get very patchy with some white areas, deep cracks and dark pink areas. During one of the worst episodes I took a photo that I was going to send to our LLND. This photo was taken back in Oct 2013 when he was 15. You can see the deep crack down the middle in the lower photo. The dark areas are deep and the white areas are raised. It was a little freaky. I wish the photos were clearer. His tongue would hurt and be a bit sore on the sides and overall, was not just a normal smooth pink color all over. It had white patches like you see here, but this is a particularly bad episode. In general it almost always looked a bit 'irregular', even when he was not having an episode. Once time I asked the Urgent care doctor what it was and he said it was just a 'Geographic Tongue" whatever that is. He really didn't have a reason or know anything other than western medicine had given a name for this condition. Anyway, tonight I am kind of giggling, because he just got done brushing his teeth and he came trotting in to tell me that since using the Lyme-N his tongue is better! He showed me how smooth and pink it is and said it never looked like that before. He explained how it used to be sore and rough and the taste buds were larger and more separated looking. Now it looks like a normal tongue, nice and smooth and pink. It makes me so happy to see him noticing these improvements! There is truly nothing like seeing your child get their life back and appreciate things that other healthy kids just take for granted every day. |

I was searching the Internet trying to figure out what is going on with my tongue. Your sons image popped up on the Internet. I click the photo and it led me here.

Lyme-N Blog
I’m just someone looking for real answers. I have spent thousands of dollars over the past several years trying to get better and heal my sons. I am nowhere near back to normal. If I can get my pre-Lyme life back, that would be a miracle. I believe Lyme-N is the answer. Archives
