School stresses him out because the anxiety of knowing all the demands he will face and not be able to meet is overwhelming. Try as he might and as much as he wants to, his brain is damaged by Lyme.
He has to reread sentences four or five times to try and get the meaning. At the end of this summer, after being off all antibiotics for about 4 months, he had really bad tremors in his hands. He has a welding class and it is impossible for him to weld a straight line.
Tonight he tried to put the drops of Lyme N in his nebulizer tonight and he was way too shaky~ like Parkinson's shaky. I had to do it for him. Overall, his memory and mental function has deteriorated a lot over the past few years, but especially the past two.
The past year and a half, he has had gut issues as well. That was one problem he never really had before. But I took him in to Urgent Care a bout 6 mos. ago because we thought he was having a problem with his gall bladder, but it was nothing. He said his gut just doesn't feel right. It's not specific, but he just feels not right, very tired and does not want to eat breakfast at all. It makes him uncomfortable, and sometimes nauseous.
Our LLMD had him tested for several things about a year ago and his liver 'drain' was plugged and full of... some kind of mineral/metal. He has Hunter taking copper to attach to the other metal and help pull it out. Hunter is also supposed to be doing a Caster Oil pack with a heating pad on his liver, but he has not done that. I think it's time that I insist he do that while he nebulizes.
He has several other issues as well, one being extreme exhaustion at times, like he has mono. But I won't go into details. I just want to document some of his worst symptoms and his first day! I can't wait to see how he progresses over the next several months.
