My adrenal exhaustion is very much in full swing, and like clockwork, I got a cold sore in my nose, have had horrible night sweats the past two weeks, mild sores on the roof of my mouth, the left side of my face is hurting, joint aches and pains have ramped up, total insomnia, yet I could sleep like the dead until noon.... and I'm sure some other things as well.
One thing to note is that the Lyme-N has iodine in it. In fact, I think it's base is iodine and that is why it is so blood red. My LLND recommended for me to apply iodine topically to my breasts for severe pain during PMS. The topical application was messy and a pain the butt, so I did some research and have been taking oral iodine for a few years for my thyroid/PMS issues. It helped tremendously with my PMDD (extreme PMS) symptoms. However, after a while I had some other things going on and my LLND informed me that iodine can build up in the system, so I quit taking it and the negative effects went away.
I say all this because I had been off iodine for some time and then I began taking the Lyme-N with the iodine in it. Since I just stopped nebulizing I think that may be why my PMDD symptoms seem worse this time than the last few months. Just a hunch.
As for Hunter, right now he has what seems to be strep throat. His tonsils are swollen, glands are swollen and his throat was killing him. They get it so often that I don't take them to the doctor for it anymore. I just start them on Azithromycin and it goes away. He's missed the past two and a half days of school and has slept a lot. He feels much better today after his second day of abx, so that's good.
I have yet to see any really obvious outward signs of improvement with him, other than he has been in consistently good spirits. His last really dark episode of negative 'black cloud' energy was when we were elk hunting the last week of October. I hope it was the last one he ever has to endure, but I am not so naïve as to think it may not happen again. He has a long way to go before he is healed, but I'm very optimistic. He has been faithful with his brushing with baking soda twice a week as well.
For Colby, I haven't noticed any major improvements yet. He has been eating a lot of gluten lately, and he is not supposed to. While he doesn't get severely sick, it makes him have insomnia, lack of focus and emotional issues, behavioral issues, etc. He told me last night that his ankles were really aching, which is something he has not experienced in a long, long time. Probably from all the gluten causing a leaky gut. Just a guess....
