I noticed that it was acting a bit funny and spitting and sputtering last night and I wasn't feeling the treatment as powerfully as I normally do. I cleaned it out really good tonight with a small brush and some soap and dried it thoroughly before treatment (It's important to get it as dry as possible otherwise you are nebulizing water and diluting your Lyme cure liquid. It also will take forever finish with the added moisture). I noticed a huge difference in performance. I honestly don't know why, because there was nowhere it could be plugging or clogging. The design is simple and I inspected it prior to cleaning to see if there was any way it could be clogged and it wasn't. But somehow, just that cleaning really effected performance, so I will be cleaning every night now.
But also~ after I finished my treatment, I saw that my hose was pinched right as it came out of the nebulizer. I sit at the far end of the couch because it's so loud, and the machine had gotten pressed up against the side arm of the couch and the hose was completely crimped. It's a wonder I was able to nebulize at all. So, this could have been part of the problem last night.
Here are photos of the nebulizer, taken apart in steps:
